چکیده
This study investigated the moisture distribution characteristics of a soil wetting body under different influencing factors to inform design and management moistube irrigation system. A mathematical model movement was established based on Hydrus-2D software. The suitability simulation verified by laboratory experiments. Numerical simulations were carried out with investigate influence texture, initial content, specific discharge time body. content is highest at moistube, its value related moistube-specific texture. any point in decreased linearly increasing distance from front five set directions (vertical downward, 45° horizontal, upward vertical upward). trend applicable fine-textured coarse-textured soil. An estimation including saturated hydraulic conductivity, moisture, flow rate maximum all proposed. good (root mean square error = 0.008–0.018 cm3·cm−3, close 0; Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient 0.987, 1), it can provide practical tool for agricultural water management.

Wetting Agent Effects on Root- zone Moisture Distribution under Various Irrigation Regimes
It is not clear how various wetting agent products affect moisture distribution throughout sand-based putting green rootzones. The objective of this research was to determine how localized dry spot (LDS) incidence, and soil moisture values and uniformity were affected by the application of five commercially available wetting agents. Wetting agents were applied during the 2008 growing season and...

متن کاملSoil Moisture Profile Model for Two-Layered Soil Based on Sharp Wetting Front Approach
A two-layer model for 1D vertical unsaturated flow based on the hypothesis of a sharp wetting front is presented. The model further assumes a uniform pore pressure throughout the wetting zone at any given time during the infiltration and redistribution processes. These assumptions allow to reduce the theoretical Richards equation to an ordinary differential equation that can track average soil ...
